Refund policy

We are happy to refund or replace any item that is defective. We do our absolute best to provide the highest quality and most consistent product available however please remember that all of our Light Painting Brushes are built by hand and due to changes in suppliers and the handmade nature of the product some cosmetic variants should be expected. We do not refund or exchange Light Painting Brushes for cosmetic reasons.

Please do not ship items back to us for any reason before receiving a return authorization email.

You must receive a return authorization email from us before shipping back any merchandise.
Items that are shipped back to us without a return authorization email will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for shipment charges in order to get their items back.
